  Zoljargal PUREVDASH is a Mongolian film director who studied filmmaking in Japan. Her films have won awards including the Cinema Club Award from West Tokyo Film Festival, Talents Tokyo Award, and the President’s Special Recognition Award from the AFA-MPA film pitching competition.

  Alongside my work as a physical therapist for prison inmates, I have been writing for ten years. Eager to understand the maze of scenario creation, I trained in dramaturgy. I have been working since 2014 in close collaboration with Hybrid Films, a production company based in Poitiers.
